Chef Mickey's Lunch

Is this a character meal? I can't find any information that says one way or another. I know b-fast & dinner are, but I wasn't sure about lunch & we were able to get ADRs for it, but then I wondered if the characters would be there or not!

CM does not serve lunch.

Yes Pluto, Mickey, Minnie, Goofy and Donald are all there. We just did Chef Mickeys lunch on Sept. 5.

I think they normally do not, but have added lunch just for August/September. I'm not sure if it's a character lunch, though, and I'm guessing probably not
