Chef Mickey's gap in reservations

Just wondering if anyone knows why there is such a large gap in reservations between brunch and dinner at Chef Mickey's. The last reservation for brunch is 2:30. Then the first dinner reservation is 5:00. I looked at a few other buffets and the most time between their lunch and dinner buffets is a half hour.

Probably because Chef Mickeys doesn’t serve “lunch”, just “brunch”.
