Chef Mickey's for NYE?

HI,

We, my extended in-law family of 17, will be in Disney over NYE.(Staying at WL) I have the task of planning the dinner. There are 9 children and 8 adults. I currently have PS for Chef Mickeys at 6:30. Should I try to get something in the parks? Some adults and small children will be going back to the lodge after dinner. Thanks for your input.!

I think Chef Mickey's is a great choice for NYE. We will be there NYE and will be dining at LeCellier in Epcot. Have a great trip!

Be aware that if you intend to be inside a park on NYE night it would not be a good plan to eat dinner outside that park as you may not be able to get back in. Epcot closed to entry (at least through the main gate) at several points last NYE.

My thought exactly Doctor P....if you want to be in the parks for NYE then I would plan to be there most of the day....including dinner...

Does that mean even if you are a Disney resort guest, you won't be able to enter parks. I have Chef Mickey PS and may cancel and make something inside park if that is the case.
