Chef Mickeys for 10 people, question!

I made an ADR for Chef Mickeys for 10 people, my family and my parents, and brother and sister. The CM said we'd be seated at different tables, so should I cancel? Or WILL we be seated at tables NEXT to eachother. What are my chances of getting there and not being seated at tables next to eachother? If that's likely, then I don't want to go there. What is your experience?

Did they say why you would be seated at different tables? Last year we went and with a party of 12 and were all seated at the same table, the tables were very large and round.

They will usually say that with large parties, however they do their best to get you all together. I know we have dined there with a party of 9 and a party of 10 and both times we got 1 table.

It will depend on what time your resevation is for. We had 16 people and made a resessie for first seating and sat next to each other at several tables put together. We were seated facing the main buffet with the dessert table to the left of us and we received a lot of character interaction. Part of our group managed to be late by 20 minutes and we were still seated together. We just had to wait for them to arrive. I new just before opening they would be late and when I checked in explained the situation to the very nice cm. She told me to take a pager and to let her know when our complete party arrived. Of cousre when our party arrived and we were not seated immediatly guess who did all the complaining Susan

Our ADR is for 5PM. Is that a good time?

5pm is a great time. You will get to sit together no problem. You will be at different tables but pulled together. Have a great time. Susan
