What is the earliest time we can make a PS for dinner at CM? I would love 4:30 pm if that is possible.

We have to fly home that night on a late flight and thought we would end our trip to WDW with dinner. We could probably do a 5:00 PS and still be OK (our flight is at 9:15 pm), but would feel better if it were earlier.

Thanks,
DJ

On the menu on allearsnet.com it shows 5 pm being the earliest seating, but you might call and ask, it may have changed. I was also hoping for an eraly PS, this will be our last dinner, and we'll be heading to an airport hotel for the night to fly home the next morning, but I didn't want to get to the hotel too late..

They don't open until 5:00 PM. We were there 2 weeks ago and not only do they not open until 5:00 PM, they didn't even start seating people until 5:15. They are too busy sending people to do their pictures and taking care of the line. Not sure if this 5:15 seating was the normal routine or just that day. We actually try to do trails end on our day home. With a 6:30 PM flight, we found it easy to do a late 2:00 PM lunch, because by the time we got home, it's too late for dinner, and, of course, no food on our flights. If you plan to do the parks that day, Hollywood and vine opens at 4:00 PM.

Thanks n2mm! Maybe we try something else that day. We won't be going to the parks on our last day. We were going to go 'exploring' and look over some of the other resorts (to see if we want to try them next time), and visit Downtown Disney (where I am sure we can find something to eat).

We have never been to Chef Mickeys, and our daughters will be 11 this year, so we thought we might try it before the girls have to pay adult prices (next year we will stop going to character meals because I can't imagine in 1 year our girls will be eating enough to make it worth the adult price, they hardly eat anything now, but the child price isn't too bad).

Thanks for the information!
DJ
