Hi all
Just back from a dream vacation. My husband and I have not been on vacation in 8 years and this one made up for it. This was our girls first vacation they are 5 and 6. First let me start off with Cindy's royal table. I called on the way down, 7-4 to see if they had anything for the next 10 days. She said can you be there tomorrow morning at 8:40. I was almost in tears I was so happy. We arrived the next morning and was seated by the window overlooking the park, I think it was the best table in the whole castle. When we got there the princesses had finished their rounds and took a berak and my two little girls were a little worried they would not come back but they did. The food was great and the castle is just breath taking. Chef Mickey's was good and all the characters came around to say Hi. With these two breakfast the girls meet everyone they wanted to. O'hanas was my favorite. We got a great seat next to the window looking over the lagoon. The food was the best of our whole trip. The service was excellent and the games for the kids made it very pleasant for my husband and I to enjoy our dinner. I had a Lapu Lapu and it was great, smoothed everyything right out. The meat and shrimp was so good words can not even describe it. This is a must do again. The spirt of Aloha would have been better if we would have had the last show I think. It was so hot for the 5:15 that it made everything less enjoyable. The girls were uncomfortable, and the temps outside just did not cool off enough. The food was ok, but O'hanas has them beat by a mile but the entertainment is what makes the dinner. We also had a dinner date out in Mexico for our night out without the kids. Great food there, the frozen strawberry margaritta was good. After all that everything else was counter service, fries hotdogs and chicken tenders, YucK!!! Anyway, can't wait to go back. I will try for Cindy's royal table again and O'Hana's for sure! And then try a different country in Epcot for a night out without the kids, maybe France or Canada.
