Chef Mickey's: Breakfast or Dinner?

I've decided on Chef Mickey's b/c I want to see Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy & Pluto. So the next question is, which meal? Now, I know that the food is probably not the primary reason to go there. But that said, which would you recommend? Other than the food & time of day are there any differences? Have any pictures to share? Thanks!

we did both in November as we couldn't decide and breakfast was definitly the best
the food at dinner was nothing special really there's much better dinner buffets

Hubby and I prefer the breakfast and the kids prefer dinner.

I like breakfast food but I think CM is much more subdued at breakfast. At dinner, everyone is tired and grumpy but it is more festive, imho. does that make sense? LOL

I was there for breakfast the last time...just the usual breakfast items.
I think I'm going to do lunch or dinner this time - anyone think the food is good at these times?? How does it compare to Crystal Palace's buffet?

Breakfast by far.

Dinner is expensive and the choices are very limited. At dinner, the dishes are kinda spread out on the buffet, almost to the point that it looks rather empty.

I doubt I will ever go back for dinner.

We did dinner in November and honestly it wasn't that impressive. We are hoping to try breakfast when we go in May. Hopefully that is much better.

You're going to get a lot more votes for breakfast and why is a Disboards mystery to me.

I don't get all the hating on CM's dinner. We've had dinner there on 5 trips and really enjoyed it every time. The food was good to excellent and it was loads of fun every time.

We have enjoyed Dinner there, but honestly most of the other buffet's are better.

I had dinner there and wasn't impressed. There wasn't a lot of selections and the service was spotty. I would choose breakfast next time.
