Chef Mickey's Breakfast - hours?

I'm sure this is here somewhere, but after searching for a while, I can't find the answer. We would like to do Chef Mickey's for breakfast, but a late breakfast, after hitting the parks for a while. Does anyone have the hours that they have the breakfast buffet? Also, do you think the characters are as attentive later in the morning? Thanks in advance!

Chef Mickey's first seating is at 7 am in the morning, and I believe they seat until 11 am. When you call for PS, they can tell you the last seating for sure!

I believe they are open til 11:30am. We have a PS for 11:10am.

11:20 is the last seating.. and I hear it is the best.. very few people there you get more character interaction.

Thank you all for your replies! I called yesterday and got a 10:50 PS. That should work great to go to the parks for a while (I believe that is an early entry day somewhere) and then use that as a big brunch!
