Chef Mickey's booked the entire week of our stay!!!

My 180 day window opened today. I was having some computer problems, so I did not log-in until around 8 this morning. Chef Mickey's was booked the entire week for dinner. I got all of my other ADR's at the time I wanted... including Le Cellier for lunch. I thought maybe there was just a glitch with CM.

Nope!!!! No dinner OR breakfast ADR's are available for our entire stay! I am so bummed! I could care less about the food.... it is not that great anyway... I just love being seeing the "Fab 5" all at one time without waiting in line.

I guess I will just keep checking over the coming months in hopes that something opens up!

Yes, something may open up. It never hurts to try. That's how I felt about getting an early breakfast seating for the castle on my trip and I eventually got us in. On the other hand, you'll most likely end up loving it if you end up trying a new place--- so many Disney experiences---so little time.

this same thing happened to me at the 180 day point with the Norway Princess dinner. I think they are having some problems with the reservation system and not getting all the ressies open at the right time. A couple of days after my 180 day window everything was open. So I would just keep checking back.

What day are you arriving and how many are you? I just tried the system for 180 days from today (March 24th) and had no problem finding almost any time at Chef Mickey's I wanted (e.g. 8:00 AM or 8:55 AM or 6:05 PM or 7:35 PM) for a party of 6 people. Even tried a couple of times for a party of 12 and again they suggested a time within 5 or 10 minutes of the time I asked about.

I also found availability a month earlier, for the Sunday of the very busy President's Day weekend -- so surely you won't have any trouble.

Keep trying. Also, others may go in and delete their ADR's, and if you keep checking you may be lucky enough to snag one of those spots!!

I have been trying for WEEKS - 15-20 times a day to find earlier reservations for Garden View Tea Room. One day - I found them - And only a few weeks away from our trip!!!! It was only 20 minutes earlier than our original reservations, but it works much better for us.
Moral of the story - Don't give up!

Someone just posted about this on the reservations forum. For whatever reason Chef Mickey's didn't release anything for that time frame yet.

Yep! I just came back over here to update. I just tried and the whole week was pretty much wide open. There had to have been a glitch somewhere. When I told the lady that on the phone today, she was ADAMENT that the entire week was booked.... she said there was a conference probably going on or something.

Oh, well. All is good.
