Any reviews/photos since the reopen?
Looking into Chef Mickey's, and I'm curious if a 2yr old is charged at the child price? Or does that start at 3 like tickets??
This is true, but they don’t get food either. Must eat off an adults plate or order a child’s meal since they have switched to plated meals. It’s probably not as much of an issue here since it’s family style, but some of the other former buffets only provide one plated entree per person.Starts at 3. No charge for a 2-year-old.
The characters came back last week, anyway.I've seen a very detailed review on I believe it was Touring Plans... they said without the character interactions it is a very different experience but the food is still great! As with everything lately, things are just a little bit different.
$42 per adult, $27 per childHow much is it now that the characters are back?
We went in August and totally agree! We went in July, and I much preferred the new family style over buffet. It was decent and fun!
The characters are back as of December 17.I can only imagine that its a different experience without the characters ..... we love the breakfast there not a big fan of the dinners
We ate there over Christmas week. We had a 8 am reservation and were there for about an hour. The characters came around twice while we were there. The rotation goes much quicker since they’re not hanging out at the tables. They do make an effort to stop so you can take a socially distanced photo if you’d like. Can someone who's gone recently tell me how long the new dining experience takes? We have a 7:30am reservation on a day MK opens at 9:00am. We're trying to figure out how long it would take for two adults and a teen to eat and walk over to MK. If it will take too long we might decide to skip it, although we usually all enjoy sit down meals.
