So if a question about chef mickey so if you stay at the ambassador hotel
You can eat here right ?
Butt do you have to pay for it ? Cause i don't find anywhere the price of thz breakfeast ?

As discussed in another thread, breakfast is not included in the regular price of TDR hotels.

The Japanese language site indicates that effective November 1, 2015, the adult price for breakfast at Chef Mickey's is 3430 Yen. See http://www.disneyhotels.jp/dah/restaurant/chef.html. (The English language site often includes only limited information.)
