Chef Mickey buffet question

I notice on the Chef Mickey menu they list the items on the buffet and then they list items on the children's buffet. Are the kis allowed to eat from the whole buffet or just the childrens part ? My kids are pretty adventerous eaters and can only eat so many nuggets, hamburgers and mac and cheese.
I'm guessing that they are just letting you know what the options are, but I would hate to get there and the kids can't dig in to all of the good stuff.

At all the buffets, the kids can eat off the adult items and the adults can eat off the kids items. Have a great time!

Kids can eat anything!

Kids can eat anything. They just offer these kid friendly options in case. I have been known to partake in the "kid friendly" options myself from time to time at the buffets.

from my experience every gets to eat the buffet, they will typically have special items for kids with special dietary needs

That's what I was thinking, I just wanted to be sure. I have never been to a buffet where the kids were limited, just wanted to check. I am trying to do more buffets so they don't get burned out on the same food. Thanks again.

Just a tip, when you get seated at CM's be sure to look around and see if a character is close to your table before jumping up to get food. If you think you have missed a character, be sure to let your server know so they can get you connected.
