Chef Gordon's Private Affair - Menu Selections

I've seen the new menu for Chef Gordon's Private Affair dinner and have it booked for 4th of July Week. We have a large group and since we've never done this before, we were wondering how the menu selections worked. Do we all have to agree on ONE appetizer, ONE entree, ONE dessert? Does he make 2 of the 3 depending on what we ask him to make? They all look so good but everyone has different tastes so i thought i'd find this out before we make our final selections. Any help from those who have done this would be appreciated! thanks!

You should contact Chef Gordon directly and see what you can work out. I suspect for a large group it woulnd't be a major issue to prepare a couple of different items.

Remember also that the menu is only a suggestion - Chef Gordon will prepare just about anything you like.
