I voted for Tutto but I love Chef de france too!! You can't go wrong with either or.

I think you should look at the menus on Allears for each restaurant, and decide which looks better to you specifically. I know that I am a HUGE pasta fan, so I would vote for Tutto Italia, but your tastes may be very different. You may find that the poll is evenly split depending on personal taste.

We went to both on our trip a few weeks ago and by far preferred Chefs. I love Italian food (I also am Italian so I'm not sure if that made a difference) and didn't care for my dish at all, or the service, and also felt very rushed throughout the meal. Chefs was fantastic!

I voted Tutto (even though I have never been there) b/c my recent meal at Chefs was bland and uninspired (the duck entree was cold and bland, and the short ribs were bland and served with plain, unbuttered, unsalted, completely undressed NOODLES - who does that??? - rather than something creamy like mashed potatoes or polenta/grits). And the wait staff was kind of pushy (it took a LONG time for our entrees to arrive, and then our waiter asked us several times if we were finished, even though my DH had half of his meal still on his plate). I thought it was loud, crowded and chaotic as well.
