how do you find out what time Remy makes an appearence at Chef De France. Currently have a reservation for 7:10 pm and was wondering if we would get to see him.

No, you won't see him. This is the current schedule:

Monday-Saturday at 12:30, 1:40, 2:50 & 5:00pm

If you want to see Remy you'll need to change your reservation. Because you need to be in your seat when he comes to your table I would recommend a reservation no later than 30 minutes before the start of one of his rounds. If you are in the process of being seated or still waiting because Chefs is running behind schedule you will miss him and unfortunately, you cannot go up to him nor will he backtrack.

Those times are this week's schedule on www.wdwent.com

It used to say 5:20. Now it says 5, so I am assuming the time of the last round has changed.

Darn! I'd better change my reservation. I made one for 4:50 to catch him at 5:20 but that's cutting it too close if his last trip is 5:00. Thanks for the info!
