We will be there for 2 days by ourselves. We would like to try somewhere we have never been and these two come to mind. Please let me know your suggestions!

I like both. It really depends on what kind of atmosphere you're looking for, and what type of food you're looking for.

Rose and Crown is more relaxed (and loud), and Chefs de France a bit more "formal" (at least for EPCOT). Check out the menus to see what you'd prefer for food... I think the quality is good in both restaurants. One thing I do like about Chefs de France is that they bring Remy out to interact with the diners. Pretty cool, and pretty fun. I think they're still doing this anyway.

It depends on what type of food you prefer. Never have eaten at Rose and Crown but have been inside to grab a beer. The atmosphere is fun. English food though (fish and chips, beef, potato's etc). We have eaten at Chefs De France and it was outstanding. Beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff and excellent food.

It is very simple, if you like French food I would go to Chefs - if you like British food, the Rose and Crown.

I like both restaurants very much. One for lunch and one for dinner???

BTW, I didn't think I'd like the Rose & Crown as I am not a huge fan or English food, but my meal there was excellent. The staff in Rose & Crown was very friendly and attentive.

:) I would do Chefs. I have only eaten at Rose once several years ago--ordered the fish and chips--blech!! However the little 6 yr old British boy next to me eat every morsel on his plate. DH and I were amazed. Mom said he did not care for the seasonings in American food and that was the first real meal he had eaten in a week. He loved it--so I would say based on his response knowing his English food--it was great!!

At R&C the service was good and it is a great place to see Illuminations from if you can get a table. The service at Chefs has always been awesome.

We LOVE Rose and Crown! Never have eaten at Chefs, so I can't really give a fair opinion/answer; however, I can say that Rose and Crown is awesome!

That's exactly what my dd and I are doing in 2 weeks. 1pm ADR at Chefs for lunch and Remy and 7:30 ADR at Rose & Crown for dinner and Illuminations. Looking forward to both!
