I have coming to OKW at Disney World for a week in April
and was planning a group dinner (there are 14 of us)
in the Grand Villa. Has anyone heard about and/or had
any experience with chef Brenda from Creative Kitchens in Orlando ?
They will provide a meal you specify cooked in your villa. They
will serve it and do the necessary clean up after.
I have checked out their website at www.cooks4u.com already.
But I am looking for some opinions and experiences that
any of you may have had with her. Thanks.

Yes! Brenda did a meal for me back last February. We were at the Boardwalk Villas (one bedroom) and it was great! We arranged what type of meal we wanted prior to our visit. When I checked in , I called her later that day to let her know our room number. On the night she was to arrive, she was ontime with all her gear. She got set up in the kitchen and started cooking. I set our table with some fancy items I had brought (I think they will do this for you if you ask). My friend and I then headed off down the hall to the fitness center for a massage session (Great experience - very relaxing). Brenda cooked while we were out. We returned a short time later and dressed for dinner. We had wine prior (I brought some, but Brenda will provide that too if you like). We really enjoyed interacting with her (talking, joking, etc...) but she'll "do it" anyway you like.... it could be a more "private affair" if you prefer. Our meal was fantastic. I had ordered "home cooking" because of all the "froo froo food" you end up eating when on vacation. So we had fried chicken (that's what I picked, can you believe it?) We started with a very nice salad with a dressing that my friend had me later write Brenda and ask for the recepi. There was a delicious hor;dourve (sorry these spelling errors) too... it's been awhile and I can't remember exactly. We had a wonderful rice... more like rissoto (sorry about the spelling...) and a few other side items. Dessert was a raspberry creme brulee (sp???). It was a great dinner and a really fun experience. I'd do it again in a heartbeat. I even had Brenda bring "hor'dourve trays" for later to store in the frig (since I love conciege and we weren't staying on concierge that trip) - this way we had our own "concierge" - each morning I'd bring out the fruit and cheese tray, and vegie with dip tray... or really anytime we wanted a snack. Plus there was so much food from dinner , we saved leftovers and ate again the next day!
Brenda is arranging premade meals for us next Dec. when we go back to Disney as a family (she premakes what you want, you store it in the frig in the villa and heat and serve when you need it). How cool is that? Any other questions?

Here is a LINK to a review of the dining experience. This might be more helpful since there are photos. It's at the bottom of the link (a review of the Swan hotel is at the top I think).
