i have two reservations for my party of 8 at 6:20 on 9/4. Couldn't get 8 together so booked two reservations- one for 6 people and one for 2 people. What's our chances of getting seated together? Called the dining line twice so far and not impressed with the help I got! Just flat conversation ...no magic what so ever . Miss the old days when ever you bent over backwards to accommodate you.
Anyhow.... anyone had the same situtation?

I haven't booked a large party there but think that is the holiday Mon of the Labour Day Weekend? If possible, maybe see if your party can eat earlier in the evening at eg 5pm. Normally, Homecomin' has a decent number of tables & isn't that busy but prime dining time on a night of a holiday long weekend could be problematic ie a long wait before your tables are available & complicated by you needing 2 tables close together.

This restaurant is delicious, but its killing me with reservations. I have a reservation but it so early, I have been trying for months to change the time and nothing, not even touring plans. With that said I would advise (if you can) make your reservations 4 & 4 or any other combination you would find acceptable to sit in, or if 6 & 2 work leave it, just in case you can't sit together. Good luck

BTW I have been getting so many cast members like that on the phone its horrible. I make a note of asking for extensions now if someone is magical.
