I may be in the minority here but I like some things to be state side only as it makes it more special when going to WDW to go to places that are only in the USA
Reading the article I see they also own the Grand Lux brand - we loved the cafe in Chicago, you could order cookies to be baked whilst you were eating and have them warm for pudding or take out. I wouldn't mind seeing one of these at the Millenia Mall.
We love the cheesecake factory but I can't help feeling negative about it. You just know that in London it will be twice as expensive and have only half the menu. I was part of the London opening team for Rainforest cafe back in 1997 and to start with it was great, it had the full US menu and everything was the same experience but they soon had to start cutting back. Its now terrible and extremely overpriced. Just hope the cheesecake factory can retain the stuff that makes it great in America.
As a Londoner I am very excited by this, but like others say, I do hope it won't be outrageously expensive like the London Rainforrest Cafe is, £15 for a kids meal is just ridiculous!
