Cheese Blintz

Hey guys, my wife loves Cheese Blintz and I was hoping someone could direct me to them in the world. When we find them, will she be delighted or disappointed?

They have cheese blintz at Chef Mickey's breakfast. I didn't care for them but my brother-in-law thinks they are the best thing!

I believe that they have them at Tusker House breakfast at AK. I've only had them there so I don't have anything in which to compare.
Side note-Tusker House is one of my favorite breakfasts on property.
