This is the first time I have booked independently to visit Orlando, have I forgotton anything?

The idea is that we will go back in December for new year that is the reason for the annual passes although both costs are cheaper than LOS and 2 day 2 park!!

I have included the costs so the experts can tell me if we got a good deal!!

The party is 3 adults as oldest boy will be 14 and 1 child 9.

Travel insurance [sainsbury's bank year worldwide family cover £114]
Car parking and Hotel at Heathrow [le meridian £89]

Flights LHR to MCO via Washington outbound, return via Chicago with United [£1000 booked with Trailfinders] depart lhr arr mco 3pm/ return depart mco 2pm arr lhr 7am

9 nights at Disney's CRB @$132 per night [booked direct]

Disney Annual passes [ 3 ad 1ch $1500]

Universal annual 2 park power passes x4 [$440]

Car hire fully incluisive for 9 days with avis @MCO Intermediate [booked with Expedia £234]

ps breakfast @ crystal palace for Vals 40th [her request]
ps at 1900 park fare [dinner] my request.

What else?

A few questions

Although I have flown to the USA with work and connected the shortest connection was 2 hours. But the outbound flights with United are only 70 minutes, is that enough time? [united and trailfinders say it is] If we miss it are we put on the next United flight or the next flight from any airline?

Where does Val get her Disney birthday badge?

Thanks for your help

Chris

it looks good to me, my only thoughts are.

Your rate at CBR looks ok, but I have seen it cheaper. You might want to check www.mousesavers.com for a discount code and see if you can get it applied to your reservation if you find one.

70 minutes is a bit tight for your transfer, it really depends on customs and immigration -if you get delayed there then there is really nothing you can do. They will put you on the next flight, I think it's normally the next United flight but if that will cause a lengthy delay then it's worth asking if there are any other flights they could get you on.

you get a birthday badge at City Hall in Main Street - or I would imagine at the customer service place at the entrance to the other parks.
