checking with a annual pass voucher

who else has done this? do I need to go get it activated first prior to check in?--from what i understand the resorts can not activate them...and that would be such a hassle ...what have others done to help get the issue resolved? thanks!!

I've checked in before with an AP voucher so you should ahve no problem. Enjoy yourself!

I just returned from POFQ. I checked in with an AP voucher with no problem at all. I had it later activated before entering MGM and did not have to return to the resort desk to show it had been activated.

thanks so much for your answers!! i am going to give up on the room only codes and do the annual pass.... the savings will pay for themselves in time, and i just didn't want to have to stop elsewhere and activate it prior to check in!!
