checking SW travel funds balance? now showing $0

I had a large credit and just went to look at the balance for exact dollar figure, and now the credit is showing as 0? Has anyone encountered this before? I will have to wait til the morning, but the funds did not expire til Sept so, i should still be albe to view them. I did write them a letter about getting the 6 month extention, but i thought i would not get that until the week before they expire? Could they have taken in off inadvertently,so soon?
 
I checked mine today and the correct amount is there. How did you check yours? I began to book a flight and on the payment screen chose "apply funds". When I pressed "enter" the amount defaulted in. Since I was only checking funds, I did not complete the transaction.
 
i went to travel tools then selected view balance. 2 weeks back, it did show the credit and the confirmation #. But today, out of the blue it shows 0 balance?:scared:
 
another question, for those who have payed the $50 to extend your fee, do you end up using the same Confirmation code, or do they send you a new one. I am wondering if this is why my balance is showing Zero? I will have to call them but waiting til i go to MIL home as she has free long distance calling and i don.t ;)

Anyone who has done the extention, what happens to old confirmation #
 

the LUV voucher you get has an entirely different number on it and you must enter that # into the LUV voucher section on the payment screen not the Ticketless Travel funds section. Hope this makes sense.

thank you, maybe they already did the vocher and will mail it out shortly then that would make sense as to why the balance shows zero?
 
I had something similar last week when I made a booking and used part of my ticketless travel balance. There should have been about $30 left but when I went back to check, it said there is a zero balance associated with that confirmation number.

I haven't had time to recheck but when I get a chance, if it is still zero, I will call or email SW to find out what happened. Have you called them?

i went to call them this evening, but i had to call the customer service # and they closed at 5 for the weekend, i will have to wait til next week.

Where did you get the email address? I would email rather then call(long distance)
 
i agree. it would be so great if they had email service. There was a note last year when i tried to contact them that said email service was in the works, but not to date :confused3

i have to wait to call and find out why my balance is Zero. It is driving me crazy waiting now :headache:
