Can they look up your seating arrangements at check-in time, or do you have to wait until you get to the dining room that 1st night. I was just hoping that if the seating was not what we wanted, we would have time to try to fix things before our 1st dinner.

Your table number and dining rotation will be printed on your KTTW card, so you will know when you check in.

Is this also on the Wonder if you aren't doing land/sea? I know last Oct. we had to wait til we got on board, because we did have land/sea check in. This would be great to know in advance.

Yes, it's on both ships, even if you don't have a land/sea package. :)

How do they decide who gets a window seat? If you have a window seat in one restaurant, do you get one in another restaurant? Is there a layout anywhere, so that when you get your seating, you actually know where you will sit?

The table assignment is done before you get on the ship. Each restaurant has a different layout, so if you're at table 58 in one restaurant the same table number may be in a different place in another restaurant. Only Parrot Cay and Triton's/Lumiere's have windows, Animator's Palate does not. Being by a window is not really a big deal.

There is no need to request a specific table number, they all are fine. :)

I wasn't really concerned about the seating, because as long as the food is good, I don't care where I am sitting! But, I was interested in knowing how they figure it out. Can we go into a restaurant before our assigned night (during the day) and see where our table is... just for interest sake?

Hmm, well, you should be able to figure it out for Parrot Cay if you eat the embarkation day lunch buffet there. I think they have the table numbers out already there during lunch.

For Triton's/Lumiere's you could peek in the window, but the restaurant is not open until dinner time. Animator's is closed too until dinner and has no windows, so you would not be able to check out your table there.

The first night in each restaurant the servers all line up and as you enter the restaurant they greet you and escort you to your assigned table number. :)
