Checking luggage at airport??

Does anybody know if you can check in your luggage directly at the Orlando airport (American Airlines) and have it go directly to the ship? We will actually arrive Thursday pm and the ship sails on Saturday.

No...unless you purchased DCL transfers then they will accept your bags on cruise day, not before.

so does that mean if you purchased the dcl transfers and you arrive the day before that you will need to pick up your luggage from the airport the day you get there and then take it back the next day and check it in for the dcl transfer?

I am not sure exactly how it works when you arrive the day before. I am pretty sure DCL can't accept bags for transfer until cruise day.

I am sure another will correct if this is wrong.
