checking in

I have a mornign flight and should arrive in orlando between 12pm and 1pm. Do resorts allow earlier check in to drop off carry on bags? I will be using ME for checked bags.

Last year, we got to the resort around 1pm. We checked in and ate lunch while waiting for our room, it was only about an hour wait. They texted us when our room was ready and we dropped some stuff off there and off we went. If you use the ME, your luggage might not be there for a few hours anyway, we happened to run into the luggage guy as we were heading to MK, so we grabbed our stroller! Lucky, but this time we're going to gate check it at the airport and keep it with us!! I've also heard that if you have luggage with you, they have a baggage area to store it until you get back or maybe they put it in your room when it's ready.

We have arrived at the resort as early as noon and checked-in, had lunch and our room was ready before lunch was done.

Other times, when the room wasn't ready, we've left our bags (carry-ons and suitcases) with Bell Services and they store them until your room is ready. You can call them from your room and they will bring up all of your bags.

We checked on Aug 11th around noon and one of our rooms was ready and they were just finishing the second.

We were very happy. Our luggage arrived from ME before we left for the Magic Kingdom.
