I just remembered another question. We are bringing up two cars to the fort and will be checking in at different times. Can the first car check in everyone? We are staying in one of the cabins.. Thanks Kell

Are you all in the same cabin??

If so, then they will give you key cards for everyone in the cabin when you check in.

If the 2nd group is in their own cabin, then they'll need to check in when they arrive.

We are all in the same cabin, that would be great if we can check in at seperate times since we will be arriving at different times thanks

Actually there will be no "second" check in. Once the first group gets there they will get the key cards for the entire party and the parking pass. The second group would only need to get an overnight parking pass to leave the car in the overflow lot. There is only space at the cabin for one car.

Would the second car get a free pass to also park at the parks?

Yes. The second pass will be identical to the first. That will allow free access to all theme park parking lots, until the printed expiration date. This is the same deal as all other WDW resorts. But, they are serious about only one car at each cabin or campsite. They patrol, and ask folks to move their extra cars. This is a good thing, as nobody wants to camp in a parking lot.

The person checking in can ask for the extra parking pass, and so the second person can just show ID at the guard shack, and go on back to the cabin to unload and get his parking pass-no need to stop at the Reception Outpost. After unloading, get that second car back to the main parking lot. (or else).
