Checking in without someone in my party?

My daughters and I will be checking in on a Saturday, but due to work my husband won't be there until Monday night. Is this going to be a problem with our free dining package? We were just planning on using some of his credits. Also, will there be a problem with him taking magical express on a different day than check in? Thanks
