Hey All,

We (my DS and I)are vacationing with another party and will both be staying at the ASMo. We get there about 3PM but they won't arrive until almost 10PM. Is it possible for me to get the room keys for both rooms in advance?

Thanks,

Jean

Only if both reservations are in your name. Disney will not allow you to check in for someone else. They will ask for ID to confirm you are the person on the reservation. I'm sure it's to ensure everyone's safety and privacy.

If their reservation is not in your name, you can explain that they are travelling with you, and request that they try to set aside a room near you for them. They will try to accomodate you.

When we went with our friends on 1/2/05 we arrived a few hours prior to them and checked in. My name was on their reservation so I was able to pre-check them in. I added all of their names to the system and was able to confirm that we had connecting rooms. They printed up the keys and kept them behind the front dest at the YC and I showed my Fl resident ID. When our friends arrived all they had to do was hand them over a credit card for their charges and it was added to their account.

Thanks, everyone. My name is on the reservation so this should work out. I was just concerned that since they get in so late that they may get bumped to Sports or Music. They look to be pretty booked up the week we arrive.
