Checking in quite LATE, and Vistana vs. Villages

I'm looking at a flight package through Travelocity and it looks like a great setup except that we would be arriving in Orlando around 9 p.m. We would need to rent a car and then travel to the Vistana, and so we would be checking in quite late at night on a Saturday.

Is that workable?

The price difference between Vistana and Vistana Villages is small... I had been focusing on Vistana because it is closer -- is that right?
