Checking in my friends

I got a reservation for my friends at OKW for a few days this July. We will arrive at BCV a few days earlier. They won't arrive until very late. Can I check them in, put some groceries in their fridge, and leave the keys at the desk? Will I really be able to do this?

Be sure your name is on the reservation for access to the room. I know that sounds strange considering the points used are yours, but I would be sure to put your name on the reservation. Once you havea room key, you should not have a problem leaving items in the room.

Yes, *your* name has to be on the reservation to do this.

I suspect you wont be able to put your name on the ressie because if I remember correctly, this ressie is for a family of 4 in a studio. I would call MS and see if you can have you put on as a check in person. If you are also staying at OKW, I think they would let you do it, because we have done it before when checking in two rooms.
