Hi guys know this has been asked many times before but im still not 100% clear.

We're Flying Jet Blue from MCO on the 9th August arriving EWR at 4:30 pm, we've booked a hotel in Manhattan then need to catch the 7.30 pm flight on the 10th from EWR to LHR with Virgin - question is, can we check our large cases all the way through from MCO to LHR even if we're overnighting?

Not the end of the world if we cant but would prefer not to have to lug all our gear across Manhattan and back.

Many thanks

Sharon

Are your flights on one ticket?

If so possibly but it they are on separate tickets then no you won't be able to.

I'm fairly sure that you'll not be able to check your luggage all the way with an overnight in the middle. Your best bet would be left luggage if they have it at the airport in NY.

No separate tickets, not to worry we can pop them in the taxi and leave them at concierge

You definitely wouldn't be able to do this, Jet blue are a budget carrier in the US and I dont believe they have any links with the big carriers. We have flown with them a number of times and always had really good experiences.

Not to worry, on the plus side, at least our cases will be with us if we decide to hit fifth avenue lol
