If you have Magic Express set up for the trip home, does Disney check you in for your flight at the 24 hour mark (i.e. Southwest) or do we do that? Also, what times do you check in your baggage at RAC for the flight home? We will be going to a park the last day and would like to store our luggage at the resort. Thanks everyone!! :)

I always pay addtl for EBCI, just so that I don't have to worry about checking in. I have always checked myself in when flying home, regardless of the airline. There is no way that I'm letting someone else do my check in, especially at the 24 hr window! Others may have different experiences.
I always check my bags with RAC first thing in the morning when flying home later in the day. I try to get down to the RAC counter by 7:30am, otherwise the line can be on the long side. Then, I go about having fun on my last day, returning to my resort about an hour or so prior to my stated DME pickup time. That way I have plenty of time to use the restroom, get any carry-on bags out of storage, check out the gift shop one last time and be at the bus stop 15 mins prior to p/u time.

Use RAC or Guest Relations at the parks. They will do it too.
Sorry to interrupt...but I have a question related to this. Will guest relations at the parks print boarding passes too? We are taking a late flight home on Spirit (which doesn't participate with RAC) so I am trying to figure out how and where I can check in and print our boarding passes 24 hours in advance.

I'm pretty sure Spirit has kiosks at the airport where you can print your boarding passes too.

yes they will print boarding passes.

I always fly Spirit and I have the Concierge Desk person print out my boarding passes. Never a problem and I stay at a Value Resort.

Disney's airline service system will check in you. What they won't do is do it at 24 hours on the dot. They do it sometime. If you want it done at 24 hours, do it yourself. I just set a reminder on my phone to alert me when it's time and do it myself. Works great. And I don't pay extra for it. I love SW but I don't pay them to do something I can do myself at 24 hours. It's just too easy to do on the phone.
