Checking in early - what do you do with "valuables"?

My flight lands at MCO at 9:30 a.m. I'm taking ME to my resort. I do not expect my room to be ready (but will be happy if it is).

So what should I do with things in my carry on that I don't want to carry around, like my iPad? I mean, it's only a version 1, but valuable to someone who doesn't have one.

What do you do? Do you just tough it out an take these types of things with you? Or do you trust the CMs and just leave it with them?

Last time our flight landed at 9:30am. We didn't get to the resort until 11:00am. I pack the backpack (carry on) knowing we will be heading to the parks. My husband brings his laptop and leaves it at bell services. The time before last we when arrived (same time) our room was ready. That was in January.

Bell services is fantastic!! They will take your items and lock them in a bin-you can actually watch them do it!! We have left many things with them in the past. We also make sure we tips them a few bucks too!!

Bell Services will take care of it, and if you have anything perishable, they have a refrigerator they can put the items in.

Never had the slightest worry leaving anything with bell services.

Believe me, they aren't willing to lose their jobs over small electronics the work benefits are more valuable to them and their families.

We always leave everything with Bell Services!! NEVER any problem. I wouldn't worry! Your stuff is locked away quite securely.

I stick a lock on my carryon with my laptop inside. Sure someone could break it but it makes it harder for a quick grab.

I let Bell Services know it's something that needs to be locked up. They'll have me watch them lock it in the bin.

Easy peasy and after doing this for 6 of my 8 solo trips, I'm not worries about my stuff anymore.
