Hey,

I'm staying onsite for 14 nights. I've got the dining plan and the 14 day ultimate ticket. When I check in will the ultimate ticket be started automatically? We have a late flight on the way back so on the day we check out we would like to hit the parks on that day.

Will we be able to do this or will the ticket be automatically started on the day we check in?

Thanks :D

I am not an expert but my understanding is it would activate form the first day that you use it to go to a park not form when you check in to your hotel

They expire 14 days from the first day of use, so your ticket activates once it gets checked through the first park turnstile. It makes sense to use your last day as a park day rather than the first due to UK flight arrival and departure times (most of them anyway). The ticket component is not related to check in/check out other than that it is added to your KTTW card on check in. It is activated at the park where you first use it. Some folk actually leave WDW and stay off site and continue to use their tix later in the trip and provided they are still within the window of use for that particular ticket, there shouldn't be a problem.

Last year as we were there for 25 nights and only had 21 day tickets we didn't activate them until our 4th day so we could use them right upto our last day.
This year doing 4 days at Universal 1st so we will be able to activate our Disney tix as soon as we have checked into OKW, there for 21 days.
