Checking for upgrades

Okay, folks. I know that I read somewhere there's a site where you can check your reservation online. I understand that some lucky people type in their reservation number and discover that they've received an upgraded cabin. Where's this site? Thanks.

I could check mine online at Disneycruise.com, but only until I turned it over to my TA. Now I can't access it anymore.

I think you might mean www.disneycruise.com

Just click on the suitcase icon in the upper right corner and select check reservation......you must register at the site and then you put in your DCL reservation # and phone number.

Don't count on a comp upgrade, though...they are rare and there is no rhyme or reason as who gets upgraded or who does not. It's probably all about supply and demand.

I believe if you booked with a TA you cannot access this feature...only if booked directly with Disney.

Okay, I made mine with a travel agent. That'd explain why I couldn't access my information. Oh, well. Thanks for the help.
