Checking AP rates when on vacation

Off to the World in 13 days (for 14 nights). We're also going back in October and want to watch out for AP rates being released - what's the best way to keep a check on things whilst we're there?

Also chose the 'will call' option for our MNSSHP tickets - will we be able to pick these up whilst we're there in July?

I always use a Disney-specialist Travel Agent - they do this for me.
