checkin at Radisson - when would we get best shuttle time?

Our plane is scheduled to land in Orlando at 10am. After getting the car from Avis we were planning on touring the DVC resorts (lunch at Beach Club?). Should we go directly to the Radisson instead and checkin at 12pm? or is 3pm too late to get best shuttle time on Sat morning?
What is the best time to get the shuttle to the port on Sat morning? Would the early checkins at Radisson get the better times?

Scroll down to the next page for "Share your Raddison Experiences" thread if you are talking about the Radisson at the port--might help you--we are staying there in late June with own vehicle, but are being swayed to drive and park at the port--there is an Avis shuttle (I think) from there that seems to be more helpful than the Radisson shuttle--hope this helps!

Avis and Raddison are in cahoots. When it get busy Avis vans will take you as well as the Raddison Vans. In April we checked in about 5 in the afternoon and ask for about a 10:30 shuttle.
No problem. When we left the port we skipped breakfast and got on the first Avis van to the Raddison to pick up our car. It was very easy and in fact We will do the same this October. Have fun.

Last year we didn't get to the Radisson until 4pm. Had to sign up for a later shuttle, but got on one much earlier because noone was there to take it.
