Checkin at BWV

Will someone share your recent experience as to what time of day you arrived vs when your room at BWV was ready. Just trying to evaluate the "room ready" running rate. TIA

We typically check in around 1pm-1:30pm. Because we want a room away from the elevator, we usually turn down the room that is offered to us (I think they clean from front to back) and wait for a quiet room to be ready, and that often isn't until around 4:30. No worries, we just have them hold our luggage and we take off to Epcot for the afternoon.

Last Saturday, I arrived around 11:00 a.m. and got a room immediately overlooking the green area next to the boardwalk. I could view the boardwalk, spaceship earth, and a lot of water. It was great!

We stayed at BWV for the first time in Sept. and loved it. As far as checkin goes, we arrived at BWV around 3 PM and there was no line to check in. The whloe process took maybe 15 min. which seems long, but the CM was taking her time to make sure all of my Visa reward points were applied. We then went over to the concierge to buy our park passes and there was no wait there either. Our room was ready, and bell services arrived quicly with our bags (we didn't do ME). Over all a great experience, can not wait to go back!

Hi TammyAlphabet, Just curious....did you take ME or drive/use alternate transportation to get to BWV the day you checked in?

I always take a flight that lands at MCO at 9:15AM. I'm to the BWV by 10:00 - 10:15AM, and the room has always been ready when I've checked in. I'm really spoiled by this - I hope the streak continues when I check in to BWV in 19 days!

Wow, I hope the room fairies sprinkle pixie dust on us like that tomorrow. Thanks everyone for your responses. We have gotten our studio as late as 6pm at BWV in the past but that was pre-MB.

We usually go for a standard view studio and arrive at 11:00 AM. Most times our studio is ready, but there have been a couple of times that we had to wait until after 4:00. No worries though because they will store your bags and place any groceries that need to be refrigerated in a refrigerator.

Just got home from a 5 day stay at Boardwalk....

We tried checking in at approximately 11:45 a.m. (Monday) The room was NOT ready until 3:45. I guess you just never know....
