Check your PS

I've missed placed my PSing info for our October trip, so I called to see if a CM could pull them up and give me the numbers.

Well, she goes through the list and 2 are missing. Chef Mickey's breakfast and LTT dinner. Both of these were for October 5, my son's 12 birthday. LTT was for 5:00 before MNSSHP.

I spoke with a guest services CM who said there's a note saying I called and canceled them!! I have made changes to our schedule, but I've never touched my plans for October 5. Everything for that date was perfect for us. Son's birthday, EE MK, MSSHP, CM and LTT, why would I cancel.

The person I spoke with is going to fax someone else to see they can give the PSs back. I really doubt it if they'll be able to do anything.

While I was typing this I called dining again. The CM I spoke with this time said the LTT PS is there. It's for 5:05 and the note about the birthday cake is even there. However the CM PS is gone and there's a note that I called to cancel it. I was able to book Crystal Palace for breakfast, but I really wanted Chef Mickey's. I'm pretty sure my son won't care one bit where he has breakfast or dinner. As long as he can do it in WDW he'll be happy.

I've said all of this just to remind everyone to check your PSs. Sorry to go on and on.

Oh man.... that's scary to think you get up early, secure your PS's, have everything planned to the letter- and then suddenly they have it wrong in the computers that you called and cancelled them??? Oh man.... that would be such a major bummer. I'm so glad you were able to get one- but that isn't right that you lost the CM one.

I'm sorry that happened to you. The same thing happened to us last September with the Princess Storybook breakfast. I called to confirm our PS and that one was not there and I told it was cancelled. They were unable to get it back. However, someone here on the DIS was nice enough to coordinate with me when they were going to cancel their PS and I was able to get it. Keep trying for Chef Mickey's b/c there are often cancellations. I'm glad you were able to get the LTT PS and I hope your son has a very happy birthday!
