I'm glad I pulled up my package online. I was quoted the wrong price twice by different CM's since last night!
First call last night was to book free dining for Visa cardholders. I wanted a standard room at POFQ for 2 adults, 2 children (ages 2 & 10). She entered the 10 year old as an adult and the price she quoted me was about $600 more than what I had pulled up online. She also said there were no standard rooms available, only garden view. I booked it.
Checked this morning online under the public free dining link and was able to pull up a standard room (cheaper than garden) online. So, I called to change my existing reservation to a standard room. Again, I had it pulled up online so I knew the price. First, she said no standard rooms. I told her I had a standard room online in my cart. After a few minutes, she said she had the standard room. This CM quoted me about $1,000 more! I told her that was way too much. She put me on hold, took her awhile, and then gave me the price I saw online. No explanation what she had wrong.
Moral of the story - check your pricing & room availability online if you call and book!
