Hi,

I just logged on to my Disney account through Chase Bank and noticed my Disney reward dollars balance is ZERO. :confused3 Last week when I checked it online there was $198 balance. Now, I'm worried I've lost those $$ since changing from First USA Bank to Chase. I've emailed Chase...they will get back to me withing 2 business days.

Has this happened to anyone else?

I would suggest calling them so you don't have to worry about it for two days.

My balance is zero as well but that's because I transfered all my rewards to my card and used them to buy an AP two weeks ago. :)

My balance is still showing what it is suppose to show (86 points). I think you should call also. Good Luck

I was a bit scared after reading this post, so I went to the Visa website right away. All my points are still there>

Just checked mine - thankfully they are still there too - I would call if I were you.

I panicked when ours showed 0 as well. As it turned out, mail was slow and our payment was a couple of days late getting posted. This resulted in the points not being available until our account was current. Next cycle, payment showed up on the statement and the points were available.

Hope this helps,

Carren

Less than a month!

Why not set up the account to take the minimum amount due every month right out of your checking account--that way you'll never need to worry about a late payment.

You can still send a check for the balance due--worst case scenario you'll have a small credit.

Anne - I had to laugh - I just got this bright idea myself this month! And it's such a simple thing to do! I always panic when due date is near, because mine varies between the 12th & 14th of the month. I panicked on the 13th this month when I looked at due date (12th this month) - then relaxed when I saw I made a payment in end of Match - altho my brain just doesn't recall doing that! (that's what happens once you are over 50!):goodvibes My main concern is I have another card with zero % interest until 7/06 - however one late payment on ANY card I own and I will lose that 0%, as well as get an increase in int rate. So, my goal this w/e is to set up monthly prepayments for each card, and then I can relax. I can still pay more each month, but I won't risk being late. :cool1:
