I used an Entertainment book coupon for my Thanksgiving week reservation. I ended up with a midsize instead of a compact and for $30 less! (My rental is 5 nights)

WOW, using the Visa code it gives me a weekly rate of $118 for a mid size for my dates in September, after taxes it comes to $165. Without the code it was $202, $249after taxes.
I've been going back and forth with renting this trip since I'm going by myself. I think I may just go ahead and book with this rate.

Alamo coupon code AD7937SDJ good until June 30th 2010

If you are traveling after June 30, 2010 you would still use the Visa discount ID: 7014615 but you would need to combine it with a different coupon code, like perhaps this one, from the Mousesavers website...

A coupon code and a discount id are two differnt things and there are two different fields in which to enter them on the Alamo reservation site. You can mix and match them so just because you may be using a Visa discount id doesn't mean you can't use an Entertainment book coupon code.

I am an aarp member and I tried 7013463 and the 1 free day for $143.65.
I expect it to go down a little as we get closer.
We are Emerald Club members and also might switch to a mid-size.

Just booked with Alamo for mid October 2010. Best rates previously $267. Got it for $176 today. Used Visa codes from Mousesavers.

I have never been asked for a coupon at the booth but there's always a 1st. I would think if you could use the card for credit as well you'd be fine.

If you were asked, you'd need to show the card. Does it SAY debit on it?

I combined my Costco Contract ID # with your free weekend day coupon code and saved another $6.00! The Costco code was for a % off plus $20 off.

So, now I have a compact car for 3 days (picking up at CCC at WDW) for $79 total...including taxes & fees.

I'm determined to get this price to go even lower by the time I leave for my trip!
