I am not ready to say that it was not a commercial jet that crashed into the Pentagon, however, I always thought that compared to the damage at the Twin Towers, it seemed "different". The video just makes me more puzzled.

Regardless of what happened, it is still a tragedy. I'm sure there is so much that the public will never, ever know about.

ITA. And it is a vicious, cruel hoax at that. Thierry Meyssan (the French author of "The Frightening Fraud" an illogical book that outlines this specious cr*p), has perpetrated, in my opinion, the vilest conspiracy theory surrounding the events of September 11th.

So, that's what I think of this so-called "theory".

There were actual eyewitnesses to the plane hitting the Pentagon (including I believe a fellow Disser). What do you say to them? My cousin was in Washington DC and saw the plane flying very very low (didn't see the impact). It's a cruel conspiracy theory. That's all.

My feelings at this point are that I can't believe anything my government tells me unless I or someone I'm aquainted with knows for certain the facts. It's the old story of "crying wolf". Our government has told us so many untruths regarding the whole Iraq fiasco that many folks have no reason to believe anything they say. It's easy to be untrusting when you've been lied to so much. I'm not saying I believe the story about the Pentagon but I can seriously see how someone would be suspicious.

well, there are literally 100s of people who were stuck in traffic on 395 that morning who saw it. i know a few of them. and they have no reason to lie about it.

I know how you feel. It is a shame I cannot trust our government to tell me the truth. I just thought is was strange, I am usually up on top of the Snopes stuff and I hadn't seen this one before. I guess it's just another grassy knoll!

Sorry, I am on here everyday, sometimes 3 or 4 times a day and I have not seen this link before. my sister sent it to me and she usually checks eveything out on Snopes before sending crap like this out. Again sorry if I have posted something that has been here 10 times before. Next time I wil research my questions or ideas first before posting.
