My son and I have 10 Day No Expiration Tickets linked to Magic Bands. I think I remember that, at one time, I could check the number of days remaining via My Disney Experience. I'm not finding that option now. Can that be done or am I remembering incorrectly?

I just got my 10 day non-expire tickets linked to my Magic bands this week. We have used up all of the 10 park days, but still have 10 plus options left. When I checked MDE and looked at the tickets it says 10 admissions remaining, so I don't know what that means.

Edited to add: The tickets are showing up on my MDE account on my phone, but not on my computer.

The option was removed from DME.

Here is the current method, as described in an eMail from Disney:

Greetings from the Walt Disney World Resort!

Thank you for contacting us regarding your unused Walt Disney World ticket media.

Please send a copy of the front and back of your tickets, as well as a copy of your Government issued I.D.
to Ticket.Usage@DisneyWorld.com.

Include your name and daytime telephone number. We are unable to provide usage without these copies.

Please note, we are not able to receive messages or attachments greater than two mega bytes. If needed, send your files in separate messages or compress them prior to sending.

If you are visiting the Walt Disney World Resort within five days and need immediate assistance, please call us at (407) 560-2544, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm (EST). We may also be reached Sunday and Saturday between the hours of 10:00am and 5:00pm (EST).

You could try this. You can only reserve FPs for the amount of days left on a ticket. Reserve FPs for each day until the system won't let you reserve any more. Then you have the number of days left on your ticket. Then go back and cancel the FPs.

I've recommended that trick several times.
But, so far, nobody has said that it worked.
(It seems like it WOULD.)
If guests CAN get to work, it would help us to learn about it.

This is what I did once. I have two old tickets linked to my account. One is a six day the other is a one day. I reserved FPs for one day for both tickets. When I tried to get FPs for the second day it told me I couldn't for the one day ticket. I just assumed this would work for any tickets that are linked.

I have no expiration tickets that I had purchased for my sons while they were still available. I tried booking fastpasses on their tickets and it worked for 7 days, which is how many days I thought they had left. After the 7 days it wouldn't let me book any more fastpasses, so it worked for me :)

Thanks for confirming and :welcome: to the Boards! :flower1:

My family of 4 each have 4 non-expiring tickets linked to phantom profiles in MDE (16 tickets total). I can make FP+ reservations on each of these tickets for the number of days on the tickets. 12 of the tickets have 10 park days left. 4 of the tickets have 1 park day left. All allow FP+ reservations for the exact number of park days that are left.

This has worked perfectly for us.

Now I am more confused than ever. I have 3 old tickets (like 13 years old). They were originally 5 Day PH's. Last time we were at Disney (4 years ago) We did not use these tickets but Guest Services put them on different tickets so they could be scanned at the front. So, I had issues linking them to the Disney App. Called Disney and they did that. I was told by 2 different agents that I had 3 days left of each. In the meantime I emailed the address above with pics of the tickets and a guy called me back and said I had 1 day on them. I am able to make Fast Passes for 3 days. (We are going in October for quick cheap trip - got hotel free and most of airfare free with CC points). So, if I have 3 days left then I am not buying anymore tickets. If I only have 1 day then I will buy each of us a 1 Day ticket or Halloween Party tickets. Now I don't know what I have!!

Sounds like 3 days to me.

Regardless, once you get to WDW, you can check there and make your further buying decisions, if needed.

That's what I will have to do. Just frustrating that they can tell you the info there but not beforehand...

But the MDE system is confirming you have 3 days of ticket entitlements.

The system would not allow FPs for 3 park days if you didn't have the entitlements. It would have allowed only 1 day's worth of FP if that 3rd CM were correct. I'd go by MDE and the first 2 CMs who verified the entitlements.

I hope so. Would be very happy to have 3 days and not have to buy any extra tickets.

:) If you only have those tickets and the CMs linked them to your MDE app when you called, there are definitely 3 days of entitlements.

The last CM was incorrect.
