travelocity is so hot right now!! i just booked my disneyland trip and they totally hooked me up... if you go through disney its a total rip off!!

Could we have some details-like when ya going, where are you staying and how much better??????:confused3

Really? I just checked my trip against travelocity and it was about the same! Also I don't think you are going to get the buy 4 and 3 free through them. So be careful!!!

I checked my trip that I have saved on Disney site :surfweb: , then checked Travelocity, couldn't get a better deal from Travelocity. :confused3 I guess OP lucked out.
I'll stick with Disney, or Disney specialty site. I feel more comfortable anyhow. :cloud9:
Of course, if they really had a great deal, I'd be the first to check it out! ;)

I booked POFQ for 2/22 - 3/1 on travelocity for 1 adult 3 kids 16, 6, 4 for $1545 which was $200 cheaper than Disney. I got the $200 gift card offer too. I agonized about booking on travelocity because I was worried it was too good to be true. So far it seems ok. I just can't add dining (per Disney)

I'm curious if I'll get the other benefits (golf, photo, planet hollywood cert) but I called Disney everday a million times and could not book anything.

Since then I keep checking and the POFQ is still offered on travelocity for my dates, what gives?

I called Disney and in a round about way asked and the cast member said with the new Disney/travelocity deal they now buy blocks and re sell them or they hold them and give them back when not sold.

Anyone have any experience with booking DISNEY with travelocity.

Pretty sure that's how I booked our AKL visit in 2007.. bought tickets outright. I was kinda nervous but it was really perfect!

Last trip, we booked with expedia. This time through Disney. I just checked travelocity and for the same things that I have booked now...it came up to more at travelocity. Also, included in my trip is the insurance which would be an additional $232 if I booked from Travelocity. I think it is the 4/3 deal that made the difference. Disney Travel Co. was definitely not a rip off !!
