They all look great. Dont cancel any. You are on vacation. Enjoy it all :)

I have to agree. Keep the ADR's and pay out of pocket. I would choose one of the breakfast buffets to pay out of pocket. Keep the more expensive ones for the DDP. Have a great trip!:)

I can't comment much on your location choices as I haven't hardly eaten at any of the WDW restaurants. But, I think in order to get your true money's worth, you're better off going for dinner than lunch at the TS places you've chosen. You seem to have more lunches and breakfasts planned which are usually significantly cheaper than dinner and lunch usually has a more limited menu. Obviously it's your choice, but that's just my $0.02.

The only place on your list that I've heard bad reviews about is the San Angel Inn.

I agree that you may want to re-consider the lunch reservations, but just for the reason that people tend not to be as hungry for lunch, and an appetizer, entree and dessert may be alot to eat. If you prefer to have your biggest meal at lunch time, then you'll be ok!

I don't think you're going to be hungry for dinner at 5:00 after eating lunch at Le Cellier at 1:30! Maybe you can try to get a later ADR for 50's or even the following evening?

If you are paying OOP I would do it for a breakfast, they are cheaper and thats what I always pay OOP when we use the dining plan.
