We have stayed concierge before at WDW (GF) but not with a late departure. This next trip we are staying at AKL Concierge one night for the Safari experience but are staying in Orlando area for 2 more days after we check-out. Does anyone know when access to the AKL concierge lounge will be 'lost"? I know our KTTW will work for other things till midnight would it still get us into Concierge as well? I know from experience that Concierge access starts as soon as we checkin (I have been invited to wait in the lounge on several occaisions when our room was not ready at checkin) but does it stop when we check-out?

I would like to be able to drop into the lounge that night before or after our Boma ADR for drinks. I am just uncertain when our concierge access cuts-off on "check-out day".

Really? I never knew this. It would have been nice to know before I checked out and spent the day at the parks. Thanks for posting this question, it is something I would have never thought to ask or thought you could do.

At the Poly - we had a late airfare and we were welcome to use the concierge that whole day - we checked out and had our bags checked, went to the park and then came back for the appetizers etc before we were picked up to go to the airport for our nightime flight.

Our keys allowed concierge access all day - no problem.

Glad to hear that the till midnight applies to the Concierge lounge as it does to other KTTW features.

Yes, you are free to use all services of your resort until mid-night that night. You may use the Concierge lounge, pool, etc. :thumbsup2

If this is true, does anyone know if the CR pool area has facilities to freshen up and change before the flight out? Or for that matter, the concierge area, since we will have been on the 14th floor....

I think there are some private bathrooms or something located by the pool, however there is nothing like that in the lounge on the 14th floor.
