Check out day ADR help needed

Ok, so I had booked a lunch at WCC at noon for sentimental reasons, we stayed at WL on my one and only prior trip on our honeymoon. I've read that lunch might be dead, with no antics, which is the reason we made the ADR, thought our girls would love it. Thought about trying to switch to a late CM breakfast. If bfast is until 11:30, how late do they take ADRs? Would it be nasty at that time?

We are going to hang out in a park that afternoon/evening, with no scheduled time to leave, but not sure which one... This will be our only sleep late time, then get ready to go. I'm sure the kids will want one last swim or something!

We usually stay at Beach Club, and we go to Cape May on our check-out day for a late breakfast. I'm not sure if the last seating is at 11 or 11:30 (but something like that). The food is always fine. They keep serving new/warm
food; we've never had any complaints. The characters are usually there at the beginning of the seating time, but they leave before we finish our breakfast. We still have plenty of time to say hello & take pics.
