I am a veteran Disney trip planner. I use all the methods I can to reduce my car rental price. This trip I forgot to check BJ's discounts when renting a car. I usually do well with the mousesaver codes. This year we are going to DL instead of WDW. The airfare is more than double almost triple 
But we live in NY and its a dream trip for DH and I . The kids will be very excited. So I was getting high rates on a 13 day rental from John Wayne airport for a minivan @ $600 at the lowest with Alamo. A couple of days ago I was in BJ's and grabbed a car rental brochure and thought what the heck I'll try it. Well I saved $70.
Still not a fab rate but $70 is a decent savings for a 2 minute phone call. Moral of the story use every discount source you can ~ you never know until you try who will give you the best rate.
